To put up a Security light is a fairly quick job if there is a existing power source. If not and new cables need to be run it could take much longer depending on where the cables need to be run from.

Changing a Light Bulb or Transformer

Some times when you change a light bulb the light still does not work. If you have low voltage lighting it maybe the transformer that has gone and not the bulb. A handyman from us can change a transformer qucikly and easily as our handymen carry the most common type of transformer with them.Some types of light bulb can be very hard to find. Changing a wall light fitting would take the handyman around 15 minutes. Changing a celing light fitting depend on the size a weight of the light fitting but should take around 15-25 minutes. All of our handymen come with a 5ft ladder with no extra charge.

Changing a light switch or plug socket

To change a plug socket, light switch or dimmer switch will take the handyman about 10 minutes per switch or socket. If you want the switch or socket moved we would need to know more details before we could give a estimated time.
