To hang a new or replace a old door with one latch and handle will take a handyman 60-90 minutes. Every subsequent lock would take an additonal 20-30 minutes.

Our Handyman can either fit what you have supplied or they can take a look at what's required and go out and purchase it. To change a lock or latch it will take 30-60 minutes everything else on the list takes 15- 30 minutes.

If you Sash window keeps falling shut its probably beacuse one or both of the cords are broken. To change the sash cord we must take out the windows to get to the weights. When we have the windows out we will check the other cord to see if its got signs of wear. If so we can advise you to change that cord at the same time as it will be cheaper for you in the long run. We have fixed prices for the changing of sash cords this includes the sash cord.

Fitting a loft ladder take 60-120 minutes.

If you have just had carpets fitted or maybe your door has swollen and its sticking a Handyman from us can fix it for you. To fix a swollen or sticking door take 30-60 minutes.

One of our multi skilled handymen can come have a look at your draught proofing needs and go to purchase what is required and carry out the work. Alternativly if you have already purchased the draught proofing give us a call on 0800 055 6691 to get a estimated time to have it installed.

If your blinds have been made to measure they will take 15-20 minutes to fit. If not and they have to be cut it will take 25-45 minutes to fit.
Curtain poles and rails take around 30 minutes for a standard windows. For bay windows they take 45-60 minutes.
All our Handymen come with ladders on there motorcycles at no extra cost.

Putting up whiteboards, Pinboard, blackboards or signs in the office or at home can be done quickly and easily by one of our Handymen. They come with all the tools and fittings to carry out the job. A small board or sign will take around 10-15 minutes to put up a large board or sign will take around 15-20 minutes to put up.
